0.1.3 the librarian

changes:

• refactors package, adds test, generates docs, gitlab page,changes the gitlab pipeline
• adds options to enforce icon sizes..
• now handles icons without images
• adds ability to automatically graph (nodes and connections) the icons into a diagram.
• now its possible to update diagrams
• adds more export options (word, powerpoint, ...)
