DMs not working

Short description

Two T-Decks dont work in dms (cant send and receive). I think I remember it working but not sure.

What should happen

T-decks should be able to send and receive dms or at least throw an error.

What actually happens

You can send dms but they are never received, in either direction.

Reproducing the problem

1. Get two tdecks
2. go to devices
3. klick on the other t-deck
4. send dm
5. watch nothing received

additional info

I have tried renaming and reflashing them, so far with no luck.
